look for a server at google.com for example: wow private server 3.1.3!
Then go to your wow file and open the file data then enEn (deDE) and open realmlist with editor or something else. Then write the realmlistadress in it:

set realmlist eu.logon.worldofwarcraft.com
set patchlist eu.version.worldofwarcraft.com
set realmlistbn ""
set portal eu
