Where do i get WoW!Inmate and the English Language

I wann install the elitepvps bot but i can not find WoW!Inmate and the language pak pls can someone post the links to this tools???

you should have got the wow!inmate. its in the folder where the bot is too.
the language pack:
go to wow website and logg into ur account. select "want to play WoW in another language" or sth like that. there you can download it

But on the wow site there is just an ubdater and which is downloading over 500 MB. So i had to dl it in school. Is There no possibility to dl it in an other way ??
