A soft yes
When D3 will be released WoW is going to lose more players than ever before. Fk Aion. Fk Warhammer. Fk Lord of the Rings... D3 is going to kill off more players than all of the other "wow-killers"
Thats why blizzard is going to wait and drink coffee and they will not rush the D3 project until they got as much $$ out of wow as possible
Anyways... legends never die, they just keep killing

They will not release a game which will kill their own game. Anyway i dont think that D3 will "kill" WoW, cause WoW will end when Blizzard means its the Time to stop the Game. And thats far far away..

glaub bei jedem neuen mmorpg wirds heißen dass ist besser als wow^^ war ja bei warhammer online,aoc, aion auch so =) und keines kann meiner meinung nach nur annähernd mit wow mithalten.
edit: hoffe halt nur dass blizz wow nicht vernachlässigt wenn d3 rauskommt

Nar D3 isn't really the same as WoW, I don't think it'll take that many players from WoW cuz it isn't subscription based (not that I know of anyway), so people will play D3 till they beat the game and then go back to WoW, occasionally playing some D3 to relax from the repititions of WoW.

Blizzard isnt silly , they getting a golden **** because of WoW, why should they kill their own game?
In Addition , Diablo is f2p just pay once , so u can afford having WoW AND D3 , like im gonna do it

huu i like such threads every time a new game is coming out .. remember ..
LOTR = ouhhh WoW Killer .. what happens .. nothing
AoC = ouhh WoW Killer .. what happens .. WoW became 2 mill. more players
Warhammer = ouhh WoW Killer .. what happens .. WoW 1 mill. more players
Aion = ouhh WoW Killer .. what happens .. nothing (until yet)
so and now we got a new game incoming .. Diablo III .. ouhh WoW Killer ? .. i don`t think so ..

the only one who is able to kill wow is blizzard itself, not with d3 but they are working on another mmo that probably could (of course servers and expansions will come as long as there are enough subscribers [simple logical mechanics of capitalism])
