Updating wow from 3.0.1 to 3.5.5a

I need the quickest way to update from 3.0.1 to 3.5.5a it is not as easy as click and update. As if you let it do that it goes from 3.0.1 to 4.0.1 and as far as i know there isn't a way to stop this from happening.

If somebody could post a solve for this issue i would appreciate the help.
