WoW is using a new gravity system and that is an enviromental variable in all the places. They tested it out in the instances when AQ went live. Which would explain why nothing works in instances for transporting.

if you look in the coff section header of the packet named "A9 EA" that is send to blizzard from the client, you will notice that last version this packet string was a total of 51bytes, now its 102 bytes.

Here is the new string methods:

XX = flat dimension planar
XY = flat dimension pillar
YY = pillar dimension 360
YZ = Perspective pillar
ZZ = perspective 360
ZU = perspective location
UU = location exact
UX = location on flat dimension planar

Old use to be coordinates, now it seems they are using exact location strings
