Quest/npc ingame Map mod?

Hello,

First, I am sorry I do not understand German. Second, does anyone know of a current, working program that shows you ingame, (not a standalone program like wow cartographe), npcs, what quests they give, and locations of quest goals? Kind of like a mapnote database of all quests known. I know there are ones that you can use that show ones that you get from time of install of that particular program, but I am wanting something a bit more detailed and wider than just the quest I know of.

The closest thing I can think of is a quest mod i had, i cant remember the name though. I think it was in nurfedui, not sure though. It shows the little gold circles on the world map.
