This is absolutely NOT against the ToS of the game. 2s carry is only avialable to healers, up to 2000 rating, no matter your experience, the only req. I have is to be 737+ in PvP. 3s carry up to 2000 is only available to Mages / WW / Warlocks / Elementals / Enh Shamans / DKs. 2200 is only available to Mages / Elementals / Enhancments / DKs.
