Joe's VIP Hack Probleme beim Kauf

Ich habe ein kleines Problem. Ich will mir den VIP Hack von Joes kaufen aber wenn ich jetzt auf denn BUY Button klicke und dann unten auf "Go here after purchasing the hack." wird mir dann dies gesagt:
"you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

Ich habe mich gestern erst Registriert aber ich glaube nicht das es daran liegt.

Ach ja da steht noch "NOT AVAILABLE FOR SALE AS OF FEBRUARY 21, 2012"
Bedeutet es das es ab 21.02.2012 nicht mehr verkauft wird?

3.Kann man den auch mit PSC kaufen? nein du kannst nur mit paypal kaufen aber es gibt auch reseller die könnten es dir für psc verkaufen.
