Wird einem bei Fraps z.B. auch angezeigt das man über 140 frames spielt oder bleibt der Wert trotzdem bei 140 trotz OVC

Dann kriege ich es trotz SetFBS, Intel Extreme Tuning Utility und AI Suite 3 nicht hin.

Es wird bei 140 FPS bleiben, ganz einfach. WarRock hat nen FPS-Limit von 140 und das kann man nicht umgehen (es sei denn du bearbeitest den Client).
