can't see other players

Hey guys
So i installed warrock on my brothers laptop
everything works fine, except for one thing: i cannot see other players, im in the game, i walk around, i shoot, but i dont see nobody :/

Can someone help me with this plss?

EDIT: ps and they dont see me

Maybe Try to open the ports of warrock :

5330, 5340, 5350 and 5351

Where do I have to open them? in router settings?

yes you have to configure your router to forward ports

You don't need to open the Game & Login Server TCP Ports to see other players.
Just open 5350-5351 (UDP).

Eh you guys know that warrock doesnt use udp anymore?

Still makes no sense as if the ports would be "closed" he could not connect to game server
