1)Why this tool isn't public?
Because this tool is a powerful and important.
2)What i do with it?
If you play WarRock game you can use scripts in ESL cup or 1vs1 and after
Moss finish to generate (*.zip) is possible replace data value of GLobal.fcl and
items.bin with original file.
This operation is automatic.The zip result ok and not corrupted because tool

Moss ist ja pflicht , hab es auch und starte es als Administrator . Denn noch passiert da nichts wenn ich auf Start/Stop klicke . Normal müsste sich doch eine .zip datei erstellen etc die ich Hochladen muss , aber bei mir kommt keine .
Auch im Screen Ordner von Moss erstellen sich keine neue Bilder etc. Bin zu lange raus aus der ESL...
