warrock japan updating problem

well i have downloaded warrock japan
and it is updating
but when it reaches about 21%
it stops and this appears

well i have tried to uninstall C++
but it is the same

i tried it on vista 32-bit with norton

and in vista 64-bit with nothing

need some help
and i also dont know japanese so i cant search forums

need help

any guide or link or video will be very useful
