It can be bypassed,we are currently selling one account that has it bypassed,noo problem to bypass,just need skils,i am still learning how to do that xD.

The only way I know of this "bypass", is powerleveling before Wa-Sta was made.

WA-STA & Warrock-Stats is both private owned domains.
Those sites can´t really get you banned., however "Nexon Europe" has their own stats.
Nexons stats gather every single player if the player has logged in on World server after Nexon took over WarRock 
To make it short: Being " off" WA-STA doesn´t make your account unbannable.., it only protects you from a reporting community

But the reporting makes you vulnerable (people report everiday,there is even a search tool for powerlevelers) ,if you arent on wa-sta,you have only like 20% bannchance...

That´s hilarious. If your not on wa-sta, people will dig even more.
But ofc, an empty player profile looks better than a player profile with Creation date yesterday, 2mio exp per day etc.

People will dig even more,but they will not find anything and the banchance is only like 20% then,understand....Reporters normally report thepowerlevelers and then nexon bann them,nexon isnt searching them by themselves!
