Can i still play vindictus outside NA?
ive trying all the tutorials. but still im stuck at the login page. anyone can help.?

U can go on Vindictus EU if u have trouble with the NA version

Yes you can, it still works with proxycap/proxyfirewall or various vpns/aol.
