American Erik Estavilla sued Blizzard company because of a well known game, World of Warcraft. Estavillo allegedly sued Blizzard for its virtual adverse impact on its users which as he stated forces them to follow to some evil actions.
In one of these actions, Estavillo issued In game walking. As he says, walking from one point to another in the virtual world takes a very long time. Estavillo also argues that the slow walking part is the plan to take money from users, who need to buy the expansion to speed up the game. He even stated that he has health problems from playing WoW, such as in Crohn's disease, depression, Agoraphobia and some other minor problems.
Estavillo is the court called Winona Ryder and Martin Gore of Depeche Mode, although he can hardly help them. Blizzard did not much heed to this, probably because the complaint court case of the young American will not succeed.
