I am not familier with all this kind of stuff thats why I asked for someone to help out. When I bought it the guy selling it basically said it was unbannable. And well maybe if they see someone else got into my account they might unbann me

so viper yes you need to do ticket or call valve for found a issue because the vac ban is a system auto ban just a windows update or something else can do think the valve system you hack so is why you need to contact them
