Actually THERE IS a new way to obtain the UT, & some other nice stuffs. This method was just not released, cause SE found the way to block the ancient methods by viewing it on some forums.
But my post doesn't say he's not a scammer. It's easy to change de response side of KOTC, & make you have 99 UT, 9999 AP, lv 7XX, or whatever. Just don't buy this & be patient, one time or another the new way to get the UT cards will be released.

As of yesterday it doesn't work anymore, but I bought 198 Ultra Tickets from ninja expresso when it still worked (3-4 days ago), so he's definitely no scammer. He even compiled a detailed instruction email for me with pictures how to set up Ultra Tickets in the wishlist with Charles. If you ever find a new way of getting Ultra Tickets, please make a post ^^

ok here are the steps on how to unlock these 16 achievements instantly (more than 30 skill points, various items, energy,etc as rewards)
