[HELP]Photoshop problem :s

Heya guys ^^
I really need your help :S
Was trying to improt a video into photoshop and then puff this pop's up <.< , since its mine first time working with videos in photoshop I dont know if it is frequent , but I really wanted to fix it , does anyone knows a aswner?

For those who say that photoshop is only to work with images , theres prooves that not.

No it cant. It can only make gifs with plugins (Animated Pictures without sound)

So please , check the examples.
And theres no need plugins to make gifs.

Guys, If you have No clue then don't write anything.
You need to decode the video to .mov - then you can import it into Photoshop and edit the video.
