We sometimes win an contest, we get 26 egold+, they sometimes give us positive tbm.
Not only when we win contest, but also when we trade back or whatever happens, they give us positive tbm (without a reason)
I suggest to add an option "I have received an unjustified Positive rating"
here.....

The IP one is simply something that would never happen.
No one will ever give out a User's IP to another one, no matter the reason why it is being asked to be published.

What are you talking about? False thread, I guess.
tt: I don't think that it's really necessary because for all those, who get a positive rating won't care at all based on they aren't guilty for the rating and don't see any reason to report it. Only those who have a pure conscience, maybe.

If you really insist on that (altough it doesn't really matter because you can specify it afterwards anyway), the bullet point could be renamed to:
"I have received an unjustified rating."
That way, it would cover both; positive and negative.
