Thanks for reopening.
I'd like to get this topic back to discussion to improve the current private server advertisement section. So feel free to discuss it, this thread might get moved to the right section after a while. If you'd like to stay updated on that topic, feel free to subscribe to that topic, so you get notified whenever there is new info.
I'm gonna make sure this stays updated whenever there is a change regarding EPVP.

1 years passed & nothing changed (at least nothing that resulted in less spam servers) .
There should be an IQ test on every profile, and people below the preset limit may not post threads. It could be limited 1 test/6months, so that people got time to improve. Work this idea out and you got the solution for cleanin up sro section. Cheers C :]

Well I think a sticky would be sufficient. You could rub it into some peoples faces and they still would not get it. From my point of view, they would just check all the boxes and you could even add a message with 100pt size, but these type of people you're complaining about, won't care to read it (or simply don't understand).
I think it will only cause effort on our side and still won't prevent the dumbest of our users to post low quality content.

Making the addon which is responsible for showing the confirmation more customizable is actually a pretty good idea in general, since this suggestion is not the only use case.
Consider this a yes, but it might take a few weeks since there are several other things to do at this moment and I wouldn't give this a high priority.
