If you mean the first sentence:
I selled a few days ago a Account where the customer went first and waitet till i sold the PSC and then i gived him the Account.
The same would I do if you would buy it with a psc.

Well 500 egold is around 20 dollar 20euro then i just can go to

buy a new account for 9.49 euro lmao

If u buy it from the epvp system yes, but no one buy there.
If u boy from a here in epvp, it is like 10€ = 620 eGold
