Hack or something from Kaspersky?

Hi
Someone send a picture to me on msn and i noticed that it took longer to donwload 48 kb picture then it shoud :S. After that this happend:




I dont know if there was an exe file in picture or this is something from kaspersky but i asked him to send me picturre again and same thing happens. When i logged off i was near blacksmith in Downhang later when i logged on i was near storage but nothing was missing...
Plls guys tell me should i be worried?

So what should i do? If its a keylogger or something my antivirus should scream but nothing... I use Kaspersky PURE pls guys help

if i were u i would run a complete scan with another antivirus like nod then change pw
