Another question

i have trial reset and when i start it it give me an error " component 'mscomctl.ocx' or one of its dependencies not coreclty registred: a file is missing" what should i do??
please answear fast,if you can

it's the same place i've got it from does this program needs anything else install like frameworks or something like that??
