I'm curious about the best build for cap 110

so what is the best build for pvp?

and what is the best build for pve?

the chinese can still max out 3 mastery's so is a full str bower still one of the best builds?

Yes you are able to max 3 trees. Bower is average good, Heuksal got one new skill and some ppl hope it will be a real killer move in pvp; Warriors will still bada$$ in PvP, the highest DD will still be Wizzards and with Parties they also will get those Uniquekills .. its just a new cap, but most things remain as used to be ..

If DareDevil double critical can kill you with full HP then warrior still remains the best pvp char but I am pretty sure Rogue's mortal wounds can still finish an opponent fast so you can choose from the two builds.

Best euro pvp build is warrior/cleric in my opinion. PvE wiz/cleric.

I only have 1 chinese char so i dont wanna make a decision there. But overall every china build can be good atleast for pvp.

Exatly, the best PvP builds is full STR ????/cleric build. When introduce 10D i hoped, that my full str bower will be more competitive, but... 11D, next bower hopes...
