question about private server

Hi,

Evrythere we an see servers with eu/chin or chin only low hight rate servers, but im wondering is there a server with euro only low rates or at least mid rates.

anyway im looking for mid rates Sro server with ip limit 1 with no bots alowed (i know you will say go to global xD but global is full of boters and just broken pay2win server) and playing in hight rate pvp server with 300x+ is just boring 3-4 days and u have max lvl ip limit mostly are 2++++ so ussing bot u get best gear in nearly 1 week and after 2 weeks of playing server gets rly rly boring...

There was an old project but sadly it didn't even last a month.
usually with the ch/eu servers you notice there's a percentage, nearly to 80% of the total players playing with the Europe characters
so it doesn't really matter..
