Let me get this straight, you are searching for GM's even if your "server" isn't online yet, makes perfect sense. Every so called "server" that's been posted here before it was even online has been doomed to fail, how about you post here when your server goes online?

Threads about private servers shouldn't be posted at all until either the server is up. But most of the time, if there's a video or screens, it can slide as permissible.
