Silkroad-R Silk items

Hello epvp i started playing Silkroad-R and i bought 300 silks i got myself an avatar but it didn't show in my inventory when i tried to buy reverse, same thing than i checked the "history" and i saw this



anyone knows how to get my items? -.-

you have to grab it from webstorage(right side on the screen in game, the small treasure box)
