I've also experienced huge differences on xian, so login on .28 or .29 takes hours, and login on .30 takes ~30-60 mins. So i already choose the login server manually if im not afk.
The horrible thing about the system is that you sometimes get disconnected while logging in. That happens at exactly the same time while you should actually connect to the world server.
