Why Balance magic decreased 111% to 110%

hi my problem is a before am lvl 70 111% when level up to lvl 71 i put 3 point int and have moment 71 lvl with 0.36% stats in 111%balance magic after a leveling in niya guard a kill me return to 70 lvl for low exp and see decreased my balance of 111% to 110 ¿What happend ? need help

Rotfl ur killing me

You'll level up and gain that int point back again. Everytime you lvl up you get 1 str/int point (and you decrease when you de-lvl)
