What is ip limit???

since silkroad update many player talking about ip limit..
what is ip limit?
some player say i can open 5 char

and how to open it?

You could always open multiple clients. But now Joymax limited it to 5 chars per IP in Germany and some other countries (sorry, don't know which exactly) and to 8 chars in Egypt and Turkey (and some others I guess).

*Still need VPN btw* ;P
