Can't access website or game

I quit sro for a bout a year and a half, maybe more, and I go to check the website and download the game but I can't access the website or the game, my ISP don't block it, I can get on cSRO but I can't get on any joymax.com websites or any games (I'm guessing) I can access them by proxy, anyone got any idea why?

Yeah, it doesn't work full stop, I can't even connect to the games, neither can my friend who is on the same ISP as me, but I contacted the ISP and they can access the website

if u are using mozilla firefox it wont works, happens to me too.
so i started using Internet explorer to go too the web. i dont know if it works with chrome.

It actually works on FF and IE, it doesn't work on Chrome.. Not sure about Opera.

I said I can't access the website or the GAME lol.... on any pc or laptop in the house not just the website.
I've tried the website on 3 pcs and 2 laptops neither works, and the game doesn't work on anything. Just says The server is undergoing Inspection, yet when I connect with Proxy it works, just 2 min delays in game, which is impossible to play though
