This build is for pvp ~ as it is said !
Therefore lighting is absolutely garbage

most simple strategy is you icewall and start shooting.
Do you need speed? nope
parry ratio is the only good thing for this build but not worth to go for lite.
magic dmg buff.... for str ? nah

you should just go 3-1 or 4-1 int- str :/ int bowers are the best.. with 1 str every now and again you get around 20k hp :/ and your hitting 22-30k :/

Well, I suppose you are talking about private servers. That build is huge load of fail, no mag def, no firewall, no phy power increase. Throw that kind of build into trash bin, that's where it belongs.
