[Release] Remove Ramnit AND Jeefo | *NEW*

Dear Community,
since Ramnit and Jeefo are the most common and most "default" infections of most Silkroadfiles, I got one way to remove ramnit completely and a workaround to avoid getting annoyed by Jeefo again.
