ISRO's new server stats comes in a single "float" data type rather than two "shorts". The new value is a "ratio" that tells on a scale of 0 to 1 how full the server is, 0 being empty and 1 being full.
If you read the ratio and multiple by 3500 (known max server limit) then you can guesstimate the current users. The old system of current / max users no longer exists!
I have no plans of updating this tool though or releasing any other updated versions of server stats. I will, however, eventually be releasing some updated security, network, and proxy code that people can then use to write their own better server stats programs.

NOTE: When new servers are added, their capacity will always read 3500 even if they don't have that many slots! It's just what happens now that they removed the real limits of each server.
