[Release] PacketDoc vSRO 1.88 & ReferenceFiles

Some of you noticed is down and I got messaged by a few of you if I can make those packets available again.

Since the contribution to this "project" was close to 0 as expected from this dead community, it's not worth creating a Wiki again. There won't be any updates to this.

So here are all the packets the wiki contained, plus I'm dumping some reference files representing the (mostly used) textdata files and some of their types.
