C# - connecting to the server

I'm going to create a tool for iBot. This application would connect to the server via the iBot (like a client) and I have a problem. I'm using this:

to try to do it, but server don't accept the handshake.
In log was shown first packet from server and answer from program. When I'm connecting directly to the server, everything is right, but I need connecting through the iBot
I've changed port, locale and version and everything should be right.

You have to run iBot, then this program. iBot port mus be 16000

Can you tell me what is wrong?
