[Help]player id packet

hi I'm making auto buffer but I have problem
ex:the buff packet is
0104B961000001[THIS PLACE FOR PLAYER ID]
How can I get player ID???
Please help!!!

the character id is in one of the packets after the big char loading data packet.
if the opcode is still the same it should be in 0x3020.

the first 4 bytes of the actual data is the character id
