curst hearts

hey guys, i have a newb char whos currently farming but i accidentally + my mastery skills to lvl 14...i meant it to be 10, but when i check in the towns for the curst heart quest i cant find them from the potions npcs...i haven't done any quest yet, do i have to do any quests to get the quest or what?

You have to be level 20 to be able to do cursed heart quest

Make it fast to 20, then you never have to be 20 again if you delvl
