For your first question to add a guild emblem you go to the guild guy (where guild storage is) and buy the guild emblem thing. About premium users, Premium is a Silver/Golden time ticket which means you get in first try every time when you have your premium also you get extra stuff like hp-mp boost xp boost and some more to see every thing look in the item mall under premium.
A little more detailed guide for adding guild/union emblem:

1 - Choose the suitable Emblem.
2 - Copy it in your Silkroad Folder.
3 - Decide Weather it is for your Guild (Right Emblem) or for your Union (Left Emblem).
For Guild Emblem Name it GuildMark.bmp, or For Union Emblem Name it UnionMark.bmp.
4 - Go to Guild Manager NPC in game Found in all Cities And Purchase The suitable item.
If you have an emblem already u need to purchase the Deletion item and the Creation Item.
5 - Close the npc window and right click the Item you bought, if you did everything right
a confirmation will appear and the emblem will be white for 5 minutes or so then it will appear.

Not GLOBAL server..... I have 1 server... i'm using SRO_Client.exe v1.091....
At my server all great work.... NPC work... Autospawn Monster... SKill work.. HP/MP work...
all perfectly... but not have Europe Character... Not have Guild war place.. and cannot add Guild Emblem...
