Silkroad HWID BAN!!!

I Read everything on the internet and didin't found the solution.

So I play silkroad and my char was hacked.
One day latter I try to log in and it says - HWID( Hardware ID ) Banned.

How to fix it ?? I even can't log in with new char..

Also im playing on electus.
