Nationality change

Hi all , i had a problem in silkroad nationality: I am portuguese,but silkroad's site assumes that i am german, and i dont know why, the payment types i have are from germany, when i try to create a new account, the country that appears there is "germany" and i cant change it,and it happened all of a sudden in my pc, does anyone know how to solve this problem?
If any of you had this problem and solved it, can you please tell me how did you do it?

isnt there a selection at the top, when you select "charge silk"... ?

Yes there is, but it only changes the language..

try using a proxy, if it just happen on this pc...try from another one
