When have verified account + mail, account is 100% safe?

I bought an account, its verified, which means no secret answer is longer in use. I got my mail on the accout now. Does this mean im 100% safe from owner taking it back? Ty.

i bought account from eBay and the seller gave me the original email and the account

but after 3 months the MOTHER FU**** original owner of the account recover it throw riot support


so you'r never safe and the most safe way is make your own account and level it yourself .. and thats what im doing now .. no more buying and losing money
