Question about Magic POP

Hey guys,
since I haven't played SRO for a while and started again I was wondering about the Magic POP rates (9D especially in my case). Does anyone know anything here?
A friend of me got a 9D Sun Bow at the 2. try.
Has he just been lucky or were the rates increased?

i don't think you need that much of a chance for a 9d sun but most probably the rates are same

as i know there was a little improvement on it, but i think rates should be almost the same as before
