How to make Static(fix) IP

Hi everyone
i want to make my IP adress Static(fix ip)
can someone tell me any working free idea?
dont wanna pay to any site....

you cant...
only your ISP can, but this will cost like 5-15$ per month

they want 50$/each month.....:S thats why i ask for help

If you would want it the other way round, it would be possible. This way, I think not - or it's not free, like the previous poster said.

You may use a Dynamic DNS - that's the way to have a static connection way.

its a question for what do you want to use...
for Game stuff is Hamachi an alternative, if you want to make a NAS, FTP etc. you can use DynDNS.
but an other solution isn t valuable for this problem.
