Talisman BUG please help !!

Now ive got a complete collection of DG8 Talismans and ive completed one before and got a sox (BEFORE)

now when i try to register the collection again at The Merchant Associate Asaman

there is no quest but ive completed the ******* collection . And here are the Screen Shots :

lol you can make a 2nd char, plvl to 35 and take the quest with this char.
Now you can give the 8 talismans to the 35er char and take SUN with this and exchange to your main char....
