New Player Skins

Hey Guys,
I made some new Player Skins if you dont know what it is i gonna tell you now:
This Programm will give other Players a new Uniform they will have a new look :P
So if there Bugs Report it to me.
How to install is in the Text file in the .rar
Have fun !

i already tried and this is what i got.....it says error "Unbekanntes Dateiformat !"
**** i dnt really understand what is it means.....
