VPS Ubuntu --> need help, award is waiting...

Hello,
I've bought VPS with Ubuntu 10.04 on it. Installed wine and winetricks also some other stuff. Now I've got serveral problems:
-$DISPLAY and/or x11 problem
-graphic and visualisation (NX) problem
-phbot (install and all, I even didn't started with that :S)
need help in those 3, but also wine and winetricks was installed chaoticaly becouse I'm completly noob in that :S
