Yes, he is a proven scammer. Time and time again he's scammed. In fact, he stole my 85 nuker on Titan. Luckily I still had my 96 Wizard and 94 Rouge. Good luck selling your account... I doubt it's unverified as well. But if it is, then maybe you can be trustworthy at times, but I highly doubt it.
