I have question about Chinese Char!! PLEASE HELP!

Alright, i'm looking to buy a Chinese char on Corvus... but i don't know how much is should be worth. It's a Lvl116 FF with 600k SP Left, 1 Avatar, Senior General Title, and 3 pages of bags.

How much would you guys offer for an account like this? In $$ and how much would you offer in, In-Game Gold? Please help me out : )

Hes asking way too much. I understand its 116 FF with 600 K sp, thats not enough to make lv 120 FF.
No items and he wants 17 bil ?
The gold prices are like 7.5$ for 2 bils.
So actually hes asking for 63-65 $ . Which is too much for a lv 116 FF char with 600 k SP NAKED!
I would pay a max of 40$ on that char.
And in gold a max of 10 bils.

I sold a level 120 glavier with lv 120 job, devil S , full legend d12+3+4 SET FB d13+7 rare FB glavie + job set FB for 60$ LOL and hes asking 17 bils for a naked 116 lv.
You are wasting your time. and you will waste your money on that char.

Im pretty active in some other forums, I m looking to buy cheap lv 120 isro chars and then I re-sell them here and on ebay for my own profit but I have really good prices.
If you wait for a while, lets say like 4 to 10 days I may get a lv 120 chin char for a decent price.

That's sounds awesome man!! I appreciate all the feed back. Hes now saying his account is worth 19-25B... yeah hes trying to rip me off. I really just need a 110+ Chinese on Corvus.. that is F.F for a decent price. Thanks a lot again!
