He (Poly) is only trying to cut down on the number of (useless for those searching for information) posts that are in the forums. There are still quite a few people that read these forums and find them useful. I for one would prefer to do as Poly has asked and use the thanks button.

dude, its like everywhere else. if u ve a problem with someone talk to the person above him.

The problem here is the following:
This user was banned 3times i think(not by me beacause i can't ban people) and he already complained 4 about me...just with totally unusual causes!

Tell me for what the THANKS button is? for don't pushing it? lol
Most users complain if someone without any thanks posts a hack because they can't trust him!
But that's because everyone just says THANKS and don't give thanks!
